Printemate provides made-to-order, customized physical products created specifically based on customer selections. Because our products are custom-made:

On-Demand Production: Each item is produced only after a specific order is placed. We do not maintain a pre-printed inventory.

Custom Nature: Since products are personalized for individual customers, they cannot be resold or reused once produced.

2. Eligibility & Use of the Website

Color Variations: Due to differences in monitor settings, lighting during photography, and the nature of digital-to-physical printing, actual product colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

Production Variations: Final products may have slight variations in placement or sizing of the design due to the custom, hand-crafted manufacturing process. These minor differences do not constitute manufacturing defects.

Corrections: We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.
- Image Quality: Customers are responsible for the quality of images uploaded. Printemate is not liable for poor print results (such as blurriness or pixelation) caused by low-resolution source files.
4. Pricing & Payment
Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include shipping costs or applicable sales taxes/customs duties, which will be calculated and added at checkout.
Payment Terms: Full payment must be completed at the time of checkout. Orders will not enter the production phase until payment has been successfully authorized and processed.
Secure Transactions: Payments are processed through secure, encrypted third-party payment gateways. Printemate does not store your full credit card information.
Order Limitations: We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, or violate any of our policies. In such cases, any processed payments will be refunded to the original payment method.
5. Order Processing & Production
All Printemate products are made to order.

Cancellation & Modification: We offer a 04-hour window for customers to cancel or modify their orders (including changes to size, color, or design) after placement.

Lock for Production: Once the 04-hour period has passed or the item has entered the production phase, the order is locked. At this stage, we cannot accept any cancellations, modifications, or refund requests as the item is being created specifically for you.

Address changes are only possible within a limited timeframe after ordering, as outlined in our Shipping Policy.

6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times provided on our website are estimates, not guarantees.
Delivery may be affected by:

Weather conditions or external disruptions
Orders may arrive in separate shipments if items finish production at different times. Any additional shipping costs caused by split shipments will be covered by us.
Responsibility: Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier and marked as "Delivered" via tracking, the carrier assumes responsibility.

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Due to the custom-made nature of our products:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including shipping address and personalization details.
Printemate is not responsible for:

Delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Errors resulting from incorrect personalization details or low-quality files submitted by the customer.
- Re-delivery Costs: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the item.

Our Property: All content on this website, including but not limited to designs, images, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Printemate or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

Infringement Indemnity: Printemate reserves the right to refuse any order that appears to infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
