Order Cancellation Policy

This Order Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can cancel or modify an order placed with ISUCCESS LLC.


1. Cancellation Before Production

Because all ISUCCESS LLC products are made to order and customized, cancellation or modification is only possible before production begins.

To request a cancellation or modification, you must contact us within 4 hours of placing the order. After this time, the order may already be in production and cannot be cancelled.


2. How to Cancel or Modify

To cancel or modify an order:

  1. Contact our support team at support@printemate.com

  2. Provide your Order Number

  3. Specify what you want to change or cancel

We will respond as soon as possible.
Requests are handled in the order received.


3. Cancellation Fees

If the order is successfully cancelled before production begins, a non-refundable payment processing fee may be deducted from your refund to cover transaction costs charged by payment providers (for example, up to 1.5% of the order value).

This fee only applies when cancellation is made prior to production.


4. Cancellation After Production Has Started

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
This includes situations where:

  • The item is already in production

  • The order has been sent to the printer or manufacturing partner

In such cases, cancellation requests will not be accepted.


5. Refunds After Cancellation

Refunds for cancelled orders, if any, will be processed through the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days (depending on the payment provider).
Refunds do not include shipping fees or non-refundable cancellation fees.
