This Payment Policy describes how payments are processed, accepted forms of payment, and payment-related rules when you purchase from Printemate (operated by ISUCCEESS LLC)


1. Accepted Payment Methods

To provide a secure and convenient shopping experience, Printemate accepts the following payment methods at checkout:

  • Credit and Debit Cards: We accept all major cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB.

  • Digital Wallets: PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are available for faster and secure checkout.

All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). If your credit card account is in another currency, the exchange rate will be determined by your bank or card issuer.


2. Payment Processing

All orders must be paid in full before production begins. Orders will not enter production until payment has been successfully authorized and captured.

We do not collect or store your full card or payment details.
Payment information is handled securely by third-party payment processors.


3. Pricing Errors and Verification

While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur in pricing, product information, or shipping charges.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to:

  • Cancel the affected order

  • Notify you of the error

  • Issue a full refund

We are not obligated to fulfill orders where the price is incorrect due to a system error or inaccurate listing.


4. Payment Security

We use third-party payment providers that employ encryption and security measures to protect your payment information.

However, no method of transmitting information over the internet is 100% secure.

By submitting your payment, you agree to assume this risk.


5. Refunds Related to Payments

Refunds, if applicable, will be issued via the original payment method.

Refund timelines vary depending on the provider:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–14 business days

  • PayPal: 3–5 business days

  • Other methods: Varies by provider

Refunds do not include non-refundable fees or shipping charges unless specified under a relevant policy.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider without contacting us first, Printemate reserves the right to:

  • Refuse future orders from you

  • Withhold further services until the dispute is resolved

We strongly recommend contacting our support team to resolve any payment issues prior to filing a formal dispute.
